Description:

We are currently seeking a receptionist for a temporary position located in Aurora, CO. This assignment is scheduled from May 30th to June 28th, with the workday running from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Provide basic information to visitors regarding company services, policies, and procedures.
Schedule appointments and meetings as requested.
Handle inquiries and requests from clients, employees, and vendors.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication flow.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Punctuality and reliability.
