“`Duties“`
– Schedule and coordinate appointments for customers
– Manage and maintain the appointment calendar
– Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide necessary information
– Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding appointments and scheduling
– Update records and input necessary information into the scheduling system
– Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues

– Previous experience as a scheduling coordinator, or in a similar role preferred
– Familiarity with office operations and procedures
– Knowledge of Pool plastering is a plus
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, phones, and fax machines
