Role Description

This is a full-time (temporary to permanent) on-site role for an Office Assistant at P&A Pty Limited located in Norwest, NSW. The Office Assistant will be responsible for phone etiquette, administrative assistance, communication, operating office equipment, and clerical skills on a daily basis.

Qualifications & Skills

Phone Etiquette and Communication skills

Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills

Proficiency in operating office equipment

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Experience in a similar role is preferred

High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, MYOB and Xero
