Personal Assistant – Location: Oakdale, CA
We’re looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant – support Team Member to assist with multiple shop responsibilities. We don’t expect this person to know everything, but they must be able to learn quickly in various areas and have excellent communication and customer skills.
A background in HVAC is helpful. This position works directly with the CEO, who oversees many tasks in the company, including scheduling calls, customer development, marketing, R&D of new products, ongoing project management, and much more.
Being flexible, multi-task oriented, taking responsibility for tasks, and reporting back are all required.

Responsibilities:
Personal Assistant will help with phones and all phases of paperwork, including quotes and invoices. Make parts runs as needed. Communicate with customers and offer our various services. Work closely with the CEO for job progress coordination and profitability.
Requirements
Understanding of office procedures
Knowledge or HVAC/R a big plus
Fluent in Service Titan Dispatch and other customer management software
Good with Google Sheets and
Preferred two years of experience
Understanding HVAC/Refrigeration parts is very helpful
Able to take instructions well and follow through with tasks
Clean, safe driving record
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
Strong verbal and written communication
Strong desire to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today
