Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office environment. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong organizational skills, a self-motivated attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.

Manage and organize office files and documents both physical and digital.

Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for staff members.

Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available.

Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as needed.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in databases or spreadsheets.

Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or relevant certificate is a plus.

Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic computer skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
