Summary
We’re seeking a part-time Admin Assitant to help us a few times a week for 4-5 hours. The schedule is flexible and offers the potential for growth to a full-time position as bookkeeping projects expand. This job description outlines the primary responsibilities and skills required for the position. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Process and record financial transactions with precision and adherence to established accounting standards.
Perform regular account reconciliations to verify the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Skills:
Demonstrated proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks. (We will provide training if necessary)

Requirements
High School graduate
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Quick Books.

Ability to communicate proactively and solve problems
Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong teamwork and communication skills
