Meeting and greeting visitors and clients, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times;
To offer consistent, high standard service and assistance to guest and to maintain the office presence that offers courteous and attentive service;
Answer calls in a timely manner and directing callers to who they need to get in touch with via our switchboard;
Dealing with email requests via the reception email;
Provide high end, premium service to represent our brand;
Maintaining the reception area, ensuring it looks pristine at all times;
Carrying out various ad hoc administration duties:
Unboxing weekly boxes that arrive by DHL,
Take care about post for the office team (distribute to the team and send by post service, DHL,..)
Going to the stores on an ‘as-needed’ basis to drop off/pick up material
Assisting with organization of events and meetings
Organize a calendar with all the activities of the office
Support the office team dealing with IT department in case of needs
Be the main responsible about office maintenance activities (deal with cleaning company, order coffee and drinks for the office staff, take care about stationary for the office,..)
Support the office team for maintenance, facility activities and any other request from EMEA office functions.
Organize any welcome activities for office team and new joiners collaborating with HR dept
Support the office team in logistics activities
Business travel management for office team

Skills And Abilities Required
Previous work experience in receptionist roles
Aligned with the Brand identity, detail oriented, communication skills and good organisational skills.
Have ability to exercise discretion at all times.
Have commitment to respond to guests and colleagues requests and deliver high level of service
Have ability to quickly build a rapport with guests and colleagues
Have an enthusiastic approach with a can-do attitude and excellent team player.
Strong computer skills and ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office and Outlook;
Fluent English, both spoken and written; other languages are a plus
