Full Job Description

An organized, energetic, pro-active individual with a high degree of attention to detail & discretion, the Office Assistant/Intern will perform various clerical functions directed by the Practice Manager & Front Desk Manager including, but not limited to the efficient management of patient records, charts & correspondences.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Timely electronic transfer of patient records

Transmitting & responding to patient emails

Preparing charts for incoming patients

Patient re-engagement

Conducting established office PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) processes with patients & other visitors to the office

Assist with phone traffic

Assist Practice Manager with electronic marketing tasks & marketing material preparation

Skills & Abilities:

Excellent organizational & time management skills

Strong written & verbal communication skills

Ability to work well under limited supervision

Keen attention to detail

Qualifications & Experience Required:

High School diploma or equivalent

Currently enrolled in college

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Proficiency in electronic media

Working knowledge of computers
