Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the office.
Manage administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and record-keeping
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
Handle communication with clients, vendors, and team members.
Ensure office efficiency by implementing and maintaining effective systems.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Assistant/Manager or in a similar role
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Knowledge of construction-related industry processes is a plus
Excellent Specking, reading and writing in English
Requirements:
Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
2 years of prior experience in office assistant/management
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Salary:Competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus completion project bonus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
