Job DescriptionOur client a CPA firm located in Holyoke, MA is looking to bring on a Receptionist/Office Assistant on a temporary basis starting in Mid January through the end of tax season in April. The client is looking for a detail oriented person who is going to be reliable and show up to work every day. This would be a Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm position with some Saturday hours required as well. If over 40 hours, you will get paid out an overtime rate at time and a half.

The main responsibilities will include the following:

Answering phones in a professional manner

Greeting (very limited) guests into the firm

Sorting incoming mail

Processing requests from coworkers

Maintaining a variety of Excel worksheet

Ensuring the reception area is uncluttered and presentable at all time

Processing mail (outgoing)

Copying and scanning documents

Processing correspondence

Taking care of special projects as needed
