Full Job Description
l Manages office equipment, such as computers and copiers, as well as printing jobs.
l Responsible for responding to company emails;
l Responsible for the company’s telephone wiring work. A clear voice, a kind attitude, and polite language are all utilized to connect the call accurately and timely; failure to contact is recorded and forwarded promptly; emergency calls are attempted to be connected, but those who fail to connect are referred to the manager.
l Responsible for the distribution of low-value and consumable office supplies, including registration and return after resignation.
l Responsible for warehouse storage of all kinds of office supplies, monthly counting, and year-end inventory statistics, to ensure that acceptance checks are conducted upon warehouse entry and procedures are followed for transferring warehouses, so that the accounts are consistent with the facts.
l Plan and purchase additional office supplies in accordance with the standard quota.
l Perform various chores and procurement tasks.
l Ensure a comfortable and productive work environment by inspecting and monitoring the company’s office space indoors and outdoors.
l Patrol the entire office area when off-duty, checking doors, windows, water machine power supply, computer power supply, etc. and maintaining records.
Requirements:
Degree , 1-2 years of office/administrative experience(Fresh graduates are welcome)
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred.
Accommodation (staff dormitory) can be provided for relocated employees.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $58,000.00 per year
