Key Responsibilities:

Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate personnel

Managing and organizing office files and documents

Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records

Processing mail and other correspondence in a timely manner

Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings

Handling office supplies and inventory management

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, fax machines)
