Description:

The Program and Schools Officer Manager reports to the Head of Programs and Schools. They are responsible for supporting the work of a multi-state and national programs of educational services.

This role supports the work of the Head of Programs and Schools who is responsible for 4 program operations as well as 2 national/virtual programs. They provide various administrative support duties and assistance to ensure effective and efficient Clarke-wide programs. This role contributes to the critical operations of Clarke’s programs.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Clerical and administrative duties (managing electronic files, emails, phone calls)
Assist the Head of Program and Schools with logistics of special projects (handbooks, enrollment forms) and events ,staff recognition, all staff meetings and CEU’s for ASHA and A. G . Bell.)
Travel arrangements and support of expenses for the Head of Programs and Schools
Fosters professionalism, collegiality, and ethical conduct across the organization as well as with the outside community.
Assist with annual Professional Development opportunities/ plans
Supports the Heads of School in creating and sustaining an environment of mutual respect, high standards, and support for learning.
Coordinate with Accounts Payable for review and approval of invoices.
Submit MasterCard billing backup to Accounts Payable monthly.
Manage the Clarke site-wide calendars
Responsible for maintaining and updating the Programs and Schools SharePoint landing page.

Other Duties:

Perform other duties as assigned by Head of Programs and Schools
Occasional overtime may be required
Requirements:

Education, licenses, certifications, skills, and experience:

Experience supporting the administrative needs of senior-level executives
Knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Demonstrated organization skills
Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of people.
Demonstrated ability to work successfully under minimal supervision
Demonstrated time management skills including prioritization of requests, needs and deadlines.
Strong literacy skills

Physical demands:
Ability to sit at a computer to work for extended periods of time
