We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service Admin Assistant to join our team in Stephenville, TX. The Service Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the service department, including scheduling appointments, answering customer inquiries, and maintaining service records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must have experience with all Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities:
Schedule service appointments and maintain service calendar
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
Assist service technicians with administrative tasks as needed
Process service orders and maintain accurate service records

Requirements:
