Key Responsibilities

Assist management staff to ensure an efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.

Maintain records, organize filing systems, and oversee document management.

Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and internal communications.

Handle receipt processing, invoicing, and accounts receivable/payable tasks in a timely manner.

Assist with payroll and daily timekeeping processes.

Ensure a positive office environment and handle various daily tasks.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.

3+ years of experience in billing or similar administrative roles.

Strong communication, typing, and proofreading skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.

Proficiency in QuickBooks, preferred but not required.

Detail-oriented with excellent time-management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $39,000.00 per year
