Requirements:

Administrative office work experience with accounting background required (minimum of 3 years)

Quick upbeat, happy, can-do attitude , focusing on solutions

Computer savvy, good with numbers, detail, oriented, experience with Microsoft and Excel spreadsheet and extremely organized

Excellent verbal and written communication

Eye for color, interior design/studio designer experience at major plus

Responsibilities:

Perform administrative tasks, including dealing with invoices, data entry, preparing purchase orders, and spreadsheets in Excel.

Work as a liaison between the sales team and vendors for customer orders

Preparing accurate custom purchase orders
