It has four service centers strategically located at Cairo, Alex., Suez and Port Said fully equipped with the most up to date measurement & repair instruments, highly qualified engineers, factory trained as well as stock of spare parts enough to cover maintenance & site service all over the country.
These are your tasks and responsibilities.
As the Office Coordinator at Suez Electronics Engineering & Trading LTD, you will play a crucial role in supporting our local staff and statutory directors by ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. From maintaining clean and safe premises to implementing best practices, your dedication will contribute to the overall success of our organization. The scope of your work is national, and you will be located in Cairo (Egypt).
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all facilities at location.
Ensure clean and safe premises.
Responsible for ordering office utilities, sending and receiving postal packages.
Responsible for reception, visitors & phone.
Support HR in onboarding process.
Coordination of lease cars (if applicable).
Admin support to statutory director.
Ensure emergency preparedness for the location (maintaining plans, training of personnel and maintaining equipment in relation to emergency preparedness).
Arrange responsible waste collection in compliance to local and internal requirements.
Contact point for local internal and external QHSE audits and governmental representatives.
Requirements
This characterizes you:
Well-developed organization, planning and communication (verbal and writing) skills.
Driven by common sense and a positive open attitude with special interest in continuous improvement.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
This is what we ask of you:
Must be Cairo resident.
A bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
