Correct Equipment Inc. is looking for an entry-level Administrative Assistant to support our growing office and freight operations! If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

· Customer Support & Communication

· Answer phones and emails, assist clients, and follow up on requests.

· Provide friendly, professional customer service and timely updates.

· Accounts Receivable & Past Dues Collection

· Assist with generating and sending customer invoices.

· Track receivables and follow up on outstanding balances.

· Call customers to collect payments every month on the 15th.

· Maintain records of payment commitments and update internal systems.

· Freight Handling & Shipping Support

· Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers and ensure correct documentation.

· Receive and process incoming deliveries, match packing slips with POs.

· Work closely with warehouse and admin teams to maintain accuracy.

· Office Organization & Inventory Support

· Maintain digital and physical files, order supplies, and keep the office organized.

· Assist with inventory management and data entry.

· Support shop technicians and other staff with order tracking and preparation.

· Sales & Service Team Assistance

· Help track order statuses and vendor shipments.

· Provide scheduling assistance and communicate service updates to customers.

· ✔ Tech-Friendly – Basic computer skills required (Outlook, Word, Excel); QuickBooks and Service Fusion are a bonus.

· ✔ Team Player – Willing to jump in where needed and learn on the go.
