About The Role

About You

We are seeking an individual who is exceptionally organised, proactive, and loves multitasking. A strong communicator who can build great relationships across all levels. Someone who is able to work as part as a team and collaboratively and co-operatively with the ability to establish rapport and good working relationships within the office.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with raising Purchase Requisitions
  • Ordering supplies for the office
  • Point of contact for landlord in Manchester
  • Manchester office point of contact for IT issues
  • Point of contact for HR issues in Manchester office
  • Point of contact for Health & Safety for Manchester
  • Oversee Office Risk Assessment for Manchester office
  • Manchester facilities management
  • New staff inductions for Manchester Office
  • First Aid representative – Training will be provided
  • Fire Warden – Training will be provided
  • Reviewing and assisting with renewing office contracts for Manchester office
  • Ensure staff PPE stock levels are being monitored and recorded
  • Assist with booking travel
  • Assist with inputting expenses for Directors
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Document formatting

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent keyboard skills, including competence in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Excel.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Must have high attention to detail and an excellent telephone manner.
  • Educational qualifications to a degree level or equivalent are desired but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • The ability to project a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  • Personable and a ‘can do’ attitude with resource management experience.
  • Able to establish rapport and good working relationships within the office and project teams and Clients.
  • To be able to work as part as a team and collaboratively and co-operatively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of ISO9001
  • Qualification in Organisational Management
  • First Aid Qualification
  • Knowledge of QA and Health & Safety practices
