Job Title: Executive Assistant & Agent Development Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized **Executive Assistant & Agent Development Manager** to join our dynamic real estate team. This dual-role position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the real estate industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for supporting growth and development. You will work closely with the CEO/Broker to ensure the smooth operation of our business, with responsibilities spanning agent onboarding, recruiting, communication, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistant to CEO/Broker

– Provide direct administrative support to the CEO/Broker, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.

– Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.

– Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by the CEO/Broker.

Agent Development & Support

– Manage the agent onboarding process, including orientation and initial training for new agents.

– Develop and implement a structured 30-60-90 day follow-up program to ensure new agents’ success.

– Serve as a point of contact for agents, providing ongoing support and resources as needed.

Recruiting

– Actively recruit new agents to join the team, leveraging networking, industry events, and outreach strategies.

– Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and collaborate with the CEO/Broker on hiring decisions.

Communication & Event Coordination

– Create, edit, and distribute the monthly agent newsletter, keeping the team informed of updates, resources, and events.

– Plan, organize, and execute monthly sales meetings, ensuring they are engaging and productive.

– Serve as the liaison between agents and leadership, fostering a collaborative and motivated team culture.

Qualifications

– Proven experience in the real estate industry is required.

– Strong understanding of real estate sales, processes, and industry trends.

– Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

– Strong written and verbal communication skills.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.

– Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

– Experience in recruiting and/or training is highly preferred.

– Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61,011.00 – $70,000.00 per year
