THE REGIONAL OFFICE IS LOCATED IN HANOVER, MD, WITH POSITION LOCATED IN WASHINGTON, DC.. RATE OF PAY IS $20-$35 AN HOUR.

THE OPPORTUNITY: Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
Immediate opening for a Receptionist with Administrative, document control and light Accounts Payable duties.
PAY RATE: $20 – $35 / HR FORADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / RECEPTIONIST

Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bilingual – English / Spanish (preferred)
Experience with Construction Company preferred
Past experience with document control
Must have 3 years’ experience in combination of any of the following:
Greet all office visitors and initiate proper contacts.
Process paperwork in support of office operations
Type correspondence, updating phone and job listings and maintaining all assigned logs.
Copy and distribute documentation
Processing all incoming mail
Preparing Fed-Ex packages, UPS, and all mail distributions, both incoming and outgoing.
Arranging local courier services.
Must be able to clearly communicate through written and spoken correspondence.
Provides administrative support for supervision as required
Inventory and order coffee, water, and associated supplies for the Office
Preform functions in support of Finance department including:
· Printing invoices through accounts payable email
· Checking vendor statements for accuracy
· Contact vendors for various credit memos and invoices
· Receive quotes and write Purchase Orders for field material
Additional requirements:
Documented training or school in clerical, office administration or similar
Experience as a receptionist with a similar duty description
Must be willing to work independently and be able to take direction and RETAIN that training.
Must have dependable transportation
Pass a pre-employment drug screening
Dedicated, self-motivated, with professional verbal and people skills
Maintain the ethics and professionalism of The Bell Company in the execution of the duties and responsibilities of the position.
