Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. Duties
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails, while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
Assist with filing and organizing documents to ensure easy access and retrieval of information.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry tasks as needed.
Support the team with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a productive work environment.
Perform other clerical duties as assigned to support daily operations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Bilingual candidates are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
