Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring efficient clerical processes. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in various office software, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and maintain a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Perform clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Assist with calendar management to schedule appointments and meetings efficiently.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all files are organized and up to date.
Exhibit professional phone etiquette when handling incoming calls and messages.
Support functions as required,
Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Excellent customer support abilities with a friendly demeanor.
Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus but not required.
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
Strong calendar management skills to effectively coordinate schedules.
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
