Your new role
This Operations Officer / Office Coordinator role sits within the Investment and Portfolio Operations Team and acts as a central connector across multiple impact teams. You’ll support a General Manager and two Directors, helping coordinate work, track progress and improve how teams operate together. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong EA or coordination experience who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, building trackers, and bringing clarity to busy environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating workflows across multiple teams and projects
- Tracking actions, milestones, deliverables and deadlines
- Building and maintaining simple trackers and workflow tools
- Acting as a central point of contact for teams and EAs
- Supporting meetings to ensure actions and decisions are captured
- Helping embed clear and consistent ways of working
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflows
- Exploring where tools like AI can improve productivity
- Preparing updates, summaries and progress reports for leadership
- Supporting planning cycles and leadership forums as required
What you'll need to succeed
This role will suit someone who is confident, organised and comfortable working across different teams at once.
You’ll bring:
- Experience coordinating work across multiple teams or projects
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Background as an EA, office coordinator or operations support role
- Experience tracking actions, deliverables and dependencies
- Confidence supporting senior leaders and busy executive teams
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- An interest in improving processes and ways of working
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- You must be an Australian Citizen.
Experience using or exploring AI tools to support productivity is highly regarded, but not essential.
