Daily Responsibilities:
Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
Organize office operations and procedures
Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord
Provide general support to visitors
Management and Allocation of Seating Plan
Assist with onboarding/offboarding employees
Must have
Skills:
years of office management experience in a complex large organization setting
Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
Knowledge of office management responsibilities systems and procedures
Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills. Comfort in dealing with individuals across all levels of the organization
Ability to work efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision
Proficient in MS Office
