What You’ll Do

As the welcoming face of our company, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our office is not just organized and efficient, but also warm,
clean, and inviting. Your responsibilities will include:

Warmly Greet All Visitors: Be the first to welcome everyone who walks through
our doors and ensure they feel at ease.

Phone Reception: Answer incoming calls, direct them as needed, and take

messages with professionalism and care.

Office Supply Management: Keep a watchful eye on office supply levels and

coordinate weekly restocking orders via Fred Meyer and Amazon.

Reference Calling: Conduct initial reference calls and collaborate with the team

for any necessary follow-ups.

Support Offboarding: Work with the team on exit processes, including

documentation and file transfers.

Certificate Handling: Receive certificates, scan them to the team, and organize

originals and copies appropriately.

Hiring Folder Prep: Assemble and maintain hiring folders and ensure the

interview room is always fully stocked.

Meeting Room Maintenance: Prepare the meeting room each day to ensure it feels

clean, warm, and inviting.

Office Errands: Step in as needed to support office errands and quick needs.
General Cleanliness: Help maintain a tidy, welcoming office environment. This

includes vacuuming, tidying furniture, emptying trash, and keeping things
in top shape.
