We’re looking for an Office & HR Admin to own the day-to-day operations of our office and support our people experience.
This role sits at the center of the team – ensuring everything runs smoothly across office management, employee experience, HR support, and finance administration.
You’ll work closely with leadership and support multiple functions across the company, helping create a positive and well-organized work environment for everyone.
This is a part-time, in-office role based in Tel Aviv (5 days per week).
What you'll do:
- Own the day-to-day office experience and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Serve as the go-to person for employee needs and office-related matters
- Manage vendors, logistics, and ongoing office operations
- Work with budgets, track expenses, and manage invoices
- Support onboarding and HR administrative processes
- Plan and execute team events and employee experience initiatives
