We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (20-30 hours per week). This hybrid role requires at least one day per week in the office. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, personable, and an excellent communicator, capable of managing onboarding logistics for our new customers (members) and ensuring all necessary information is properly collected, organized, and uploaded.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, organize, and manage new member information, including bios, logos, and other relevant details.
Ensure accurate and timely upload of member information to the appropriate teams responsible for the website and Learning Management System (LMS).
Maintain and update internal documentation, ensuring all information is backed up and accessible.
Communicate with members in both group and one-on-one settings to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
Identify opportunities to improve and update onboarding and administrative processes as needed.
Provide polite, professional, and efficient communication to members and internal teams.
Create social media posts and shares through LinkedIn and Facebook.
Create and send a monthly newsletter distributed online to members and interested parties.
Ensure proper grammar and professionalism in all communications.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficient in Google Suite, file sharing & storage, and communication tools including Slack & LinkedIn.
Self-sufficient with the ability to manage tasks independently.
Personable and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in using digital tools for document management and communication.
Experience with website content management and/or LMS platforms is a plus.
Ability to adapt to evolving processes and contribute to process improvements.
Benefits
Compensation: $22-$26 an hour.
