Eligible candidates must have experience as an office manager or office administrator (experience in the legal field is preferred), have excellent verbal and written
communication skills
, be reliable, organized & detail oriented, ability to multi-task under pressure and meet deadlines. The primary role is to handle the fundamental aspects of the firm’s billing and financial records.
Must have
experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Quick Books. Proficient in the use of Outlook, Word, Word Perfect, Excel, etc. Job duties also include managing staff, maintain and update personnel files, advertising for open staff positions as well as screening, interviewing, hiring and orientation of employees, oversee firm policies and create new policies as needed. Oversee building and grounds maintenance, insurance renewals and oversight.
The Office Manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of our firm, ensure adherence to company policy safety guidelines, and improve company procedures and day-to-day operations. Compensation commensurate with experience, skill and ability.
