Job Summary:

The Office Manager will oversee and manage the customer service team and, handle the general administrative function and activities of the office.

Requirements:

Oversees the day-to-day workflow and provides on-going support and guidance to the team

Develop and train customer service team on work procedures and policies

Monitors the quality and quantity of work performance of the customer service team

Hire and retains the right talent in the appropriate roles

Develops and empowers customer service team to make decisions and set goals

May handle or assist with discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy

Conducts on-going performance evaluations that are timely and constructive

Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed

Responds promptly and professionally to all customer needs/concerns in a quick and courteous manner and able to bring unresolved issues to management

Develop and maintain excellent service to internal and external customers

Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent managerial and supervisory skills

Excellent analytical skills

Ability to perform multiple tasks and a variety of duties

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Physical Requirements:

This position will require the ability to sit or stand for long periods. Use of computer, including a mouse, keyboard, monitor, printer, with or without reasonable accommodations. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and to hear.
