The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring efficiency, organization, and effective communication. This role involves a mix of administrative support, reporting, billing, and coordination of office procedures.

What You Will Do

Be the go-to person for all things office-related

Organize branch events and meetings

Handle basic HR, onboarding

Provide administrative support to staff and management, including data entry, report preparation, and document management

You Will Thrive If You

Have superpowers in organization, communication, and multitasking

Know your way around spreadsheets and are proficient in Microsoft Office
