– Answering inquiry calls and emails in a professional manner

– Ensuring timely submission of enrollment documents by students

– Creating and fostering new referral partnerships

– Implementing and maintaining organized systems with little to no oversight

– Providing administrative support as needed

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably as an office manager

– Experience in a school setting is a plus

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills

– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

– Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks
