Caretech is looking for a positive team player and skilled problem solver to match home care clients with current and newly hired caregivers. This position requires a high level of emotional intelligence and life skills to navigate the nuances of scheduling and creating positive client and caregiver matches and outcomes. The Scheduler is responsible for creating and confirming schedules, maintaining outstanding working partnerships with service coordinators and case managers, and triaging any call offs or no shows to client shifts.

Essential Functions

· Live out Caretech’s values of spreading positivity, demonstrating empathy, taking responsibility, and learning and growing.

· Immediately follow up with emails, calls, and texts from caregivers, clients, and referral sources.

· Manage referrals made to the assigned territory.

· Work closely with the human resources department and the recruiter to satisfy any requests for services or referrals made to the assigned territory.

· Accountable for all key performance indicators set for the position.

· Collaborate with all office staff to create amazing client and caregiver experiences.

Non-Essential Functions

· Assist with caregiver recruitment and retention.

· General clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

· Client and caregiver surveys

Job Type: Full time

Salary: $17-$20 per hour
