Minimum and Job Requirements

  • Matric
  • Certificate / Diploma /Degree in bookkeeping / Finance an added bonus
  • Busy with a Degree that has Accounting 1 a bigger advantage
  • 5 years plus experience in an office management role which includes overall office admin/office manager/ finance / accounts administration, customer support, and PA assistance / office support
  • Personal Assistant duties to the executive
  • Assist with Debtors and Creditors
  • Assist with quotes and invoices
  • Office Management – assist in finance where possible
