Minimum and Job Requirements
- Matric
- Certificate / Diploma /Degree in bookkeeping / Finance an added bonus
- Busy with a Degree that has Accounting 1 a bigger advantage
- 5 years plus experience in an office management role which includes overall office admin/office manager/ finance / accounts administration, customer support, and PA assistance / office support
- Personal Assistant duties to the executive
- Assist with Debtors and Creditors
- Assist with quotes and invoices
- Office Management – assist in finance where possible
