Full Job Description

– Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
– Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
– Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
– Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
– Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
– Assist with training and development of office staff
– Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
– Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as necessary
– Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents

– Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
– Experience in medical office management is a plus
– Excellent training and development abilities
– Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
– Proficient in clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
– Ability to effectively manage schedules and prioritize tasks
– Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
– Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

Pay: $25.62 – $27.41 per hour
