Flipped Out Investments is hiring a friendly, organized Administrative Assistant to help manage new client intake, project scheduling, and office tasks. You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming leads and play a key role in keeping our renovation business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer calls, emails, social media, and web inquiries

Use intake scripts to gather client info, scope, budget, and timeline

Create jobs and update notes in JobTread and Google Calendar

Send invoices, track payments, and record payments as needed.

Schedule site visits and assist estimators with updates

Keep office calendars up to date, handle basic admin tasks, and keep office swept clean daily.

Send thank-you cards and request reviews from clients

Assist with social media posts and marketing follow-up

What We’re Looking For:

Strong multitasking and communication skills

Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Comfortable using or knowledge of Google Workspace, CRM systems, QBO. Comfortable learning and implementing new tools.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
