A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting with company financials, including but not limited to administrative tasks, communicating with project managers, verifying subcontractor payments, and assisting with payroll processing.
Job Description:
Handle accounts receivable (AR) and general accounting duties.
Process invoices and ensure timely and accurate data entry.
Communicate with vendors via phone and email to manage credit card reconciliations and follow up on late payments.
Ensure that credit card and check balances are accurate.
Perform basic Excel tasks and manage data entry of invoices.
Utilize ERP system for accounting tasks (experience with Deltek is preferred but not required).
Assist with payroll, billing, or job costing as needed.
Conduct filing and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Accounts receivable (AR) experience
Administrative experience
Payroll processing experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of GAAP for construction project accounting preferred
