Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in managing product listings, reviewing labels for accuracy, and handling essential office tasks. This role is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to develop business skills and gain hands-on experience in various areas, including e-commerce, accounting, finance, marketing, and operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience in e-commerce platforms like Amazon, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon & E-Commerce Listing Management:

Create, update, and maintain Reuzel’s product listings on Amazon, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with platform guidelines.
Optimize product descriptions, titles, and keywords to enhance visibility and sales performance.
Monitor listing performance, customer feedback, and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Assist with inventory tracking and ensure seamless order fulfillment coordination.

Label Review & Quality Control:

Review Reuzel product labels and packaging for accuracy in ingredients, usage instructions, and branding.
Verify that all product labels comply with industry regulations and company standards.
Work closely with vendors and manufacturers to ensure proper labeling, barcodes, and packaging compliance.
Assist with proofreading and finalizing marketing materials to maintain brand voice and consistency.

General Office & Administrative Support:

Perform data entry, document organization, and maintain digital files related to product specifications and compliance.
Assist with customer correspondence, email responses, and internal communications.
Coordinate office supplies, shipments, and inventory for promotional materials.
Support the marketing and sales teams with various administrative tasks as needed.
Establish accurate record-keeping and budget-tracking processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time, up to 8 hours each day.
Possess reliable transportation to commute to our office located in downtown Denver.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of product labeling regulations and industry compliance standards.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for minor label edits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
