Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist the HR team with day-to-day office tasks, including filing, document management, and correspondence.
Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records, update HR databases, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Scheduling & Coordination: Organize meetings, interviews, and training sessions, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
Employee Assistance: Act as a point of contact for general HR inquiries, directing employees to the appropriate resources.
Onboarding Support: Help facilitate the new hire process, including paperwork, orientation scheduling, and materials preparation.
Confidentiality & Compliance: Handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion.
Office Organization: Keep HR office supplies stocked, assist with reports, and support the team in maintaining a well-organized workspace.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong Organizational Skills – Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively.
Excellent Communication – Professional verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees and stakeholders.
Attention to Detail – A high level of accuracy in data entry and record management.
Proactive Attitude – A self-starter who takes initiative and works well both independently and as part of a team.
Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn HR software.
Confidentiality & Professionalism – Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Previous Experience – Administrative or office experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
