Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant II who excels in collaboration and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in keeping our office running smoothly and supporting our clinical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing confidential files, coordinating communications between families and the clinical team, ensuring timely report submissions, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the team
Serve as a liaison between consumers (families) and the clinical team
Manage confidential data and files with attention to detail
Ensure timely follow-up and collection of data
Coordinate and schedule appointments effectively
Maintain clear communication with the team
Assist with surveys, feedback collection, and reporting
Manage time and attendance records
Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
Minimum of one year of experience with Organic Play or as a developmental specialist/therapist
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with spreadsheets, email management, and office software
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
