We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Warranty Admin to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.

Responsibilities
– Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette
– Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
– Manage office correspondence and communication
– Provide general administrative support to staff as needed

Qualifications
– Proficient in computerized systems for data entry tasks
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
– Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
– Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
