Administrative Assistant

Support facility security and operations by ensuring all visitors are welcomed to the facility and meet security protocols. Additionally, answer phone calls, e-mails and produce labels for operations. Support other departments as time allows.

Job Summary

Produce labels for Operations
Update the phone directory as needed , Answer incoming calls, and Make announcements as needed on the PA system
Checking visitors and contractors in on the kiosk; ensuring they are US Persons; getting them safety glasses and smocks, Providing badges (ex. Employee forget their badge)
Assist Facility Security Officer with monthly badge report
Obtain the mail from outside and sort it in the company mail boxes; take the outgoing mail to the mailbox
Gather the used smocks, prepare them for the dry cleaner and hang back up once received back clean.
Provide support to departments, as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Able to operate general office equipment and learn new equipment and processes.
Able to work with a high level of accuracy.
Proficient in writing skills
Basic level of computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
Demonstrated ability to communicate with visitors/customers and project company image.
Ability to multi-task efficiently and adapt within a rapidly changing environment
