We are 180+ InnoTechers, and we want your talent as an Office Manager/HR Assistant.
Your Mission Will Be
Ensure the smooth running of office operations and supplies;
Welcome and support visitors, suppliers, and partners;
Coordinate travel and logistics arrangements for internal teams;
Support HR processes such as onboarding, document management, and internal communications;
Collaborate in internal initiatives and support company events and culture-driven actions;
Be the go-to person for ensuring our workplace is functional, joyful, and aligned with our values.
You Will Need
+2 years of experience in Office Management or Administrative roles;
Good understanding of basic HR practices and administrative processes;
Strong organizational and communication skills;
Fluency in Portuguese and English;
Positive, hands-on attitude and a people-first mindset;
CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.
Would Be Awesome If You Have
Previous experience in tech or consulting environments;
Training or certification in Human Resources or Office Administration.
