Position: Office Manager, KSB Houston KSB

Job Summary:
KSB, a global leader in pumps, valves, and services, is seeking an Office Manager for its new Houston, TX facility. This role ensures smooth office operations, facility management, and administrative support while maintaining quality and safety standards. The Office Manager will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, oversee compliance, and support corporate initiatives, events, and financial tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee office administration, supplies, and facility maintenance.

Serve as the primary contact for visitors, contractors, and vendors.

Manage compliance with safety regulations and corporate guidelines.

Support event planning, travel coordination, and training logistics.

Assist sales, training, and HR teams with administrative tasks.

Track expenses and assist with financial reporting.

Qualifications:

7+ years of office management experience.

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Experience with Microsoft Teams, Concur, and ERP systems preferred.

High school diploma required; business degree or certification preferred.
