Catalyst Fund is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented Office Manager & Personal Assistant to support the Managing Partner, who leads the activities of the Group, including Catalyst Fund, Cukierman & Co. Investment House, and Catalyst Investors’ Club.
This is a key role at the heart of an international business environment, combining executive support, personal assistance, office management, and reception responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Executive & Personal Assistant Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Partner’s complex calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and day-to-day priorities
- Coordinate meetings with investors, executives, board members, internal teams, and external partners
- Manage inboxes across email and LinkedIn, including prioritization, follow-up, and drafting responses
- Maintain and update contact databases and business information
- Track ongoing tasks, projects, and follow-up items
- Support confidential administrative and operational matters
- Handle personal arrangements and personal administrative matters for the Managing Partner
- Assist with filing, expense reports, and coordination with external providers
Office Management Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact at reception and maintain a welcoming office environment
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage office supplies, vendors, maintenance, service providers, and facility-related needs
- Coordinate office phone, internet, mobile accounts, and other operational services
- Handle hospitality, meeting room preparation, office refreshments, and employee administrative support
- Organize company events, meetings, and office logistics
- Ensure the office remains organized, efficient, and fully operational at all times
Requirements
- Preferred previous experience as an Executive Assistant / Secretary / Personal Assistant and/or Office Manager
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal Hebrew and English; French is an advantage
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management tools
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilities
- Service-oriented approach and positive attitude
