Looking For:
A sharp, organized, creative, and tech-driven Office Manager & Personal Assistant to:
- Run the daily ops
- Work closely with the founder
- Drive our digital brand
- Take ownership, solve problems fast, and push projects forward
Your Day-to-Day:
- Manage the founder’s schedule, meetings, travel, and daily priorities
- Keep the office on point
- Implement AI tools & systems
- Lead graphic design + branding tasks
- Tweak UX/UI flows
- Launch creative ideas (and actually execute them)
You Bring:
- Exceptional organizational and execution skills
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
- Strong AI skills (tools, workflows, implementation)
- Quick, clean graphic design skills (with an eye for brand)
- High attention to detail with strong communication skills
- Super organized, fast executor, problem solver
- Ready to start ASAP
