Manhattan-based real estate investment platform focused on prime multifamily and hospitality assets. Recently completed our inaugural public bond issuance on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. We are not a traditional real estate company. We move fast, run lean, and eliminate bureaucracy.

Looking For:

A sharp, organized, creative, and tech-driven Office Manager & Personal Assistant to:

  • Run the daily ops
  • Work closely with the founder
  • Drive our digital brand
  • Take ownership, solve problems fast, and push projects forward

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Manage the founder’s schedule, meetings, travel, and daily priorities
  • Keep the office on point
  • Implement AI tools & systems
  • Lead graphic design + branding tasks
  • Tweak UX/UI flows
  • Launch creative ideas (and actually execute them)

You Bring:

  • Exceptional organizational and execution skills
  • Ability to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong AI skills (tools, workflows, implementation)
  • Quick, clean graphic design skills (with an eye for brand)
  • High attention to detail with strong communication skills
  • Super organized, fast executor, problem solver
  • Ready to start ASAP
