Position: Office Manager to Exciting Healthcare Startup

Our client, an innovative startup in the healthcare space, is seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join their team in Mission Bay, CA. This is a fully in-office role, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will play a key role in shaping the workplace experience.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the face of the company, ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment for employees and guests.

Own office operations, including housekeeping, security, deliveries, and maintenance.

Manage logistics for daily team needs, such as coordinating lunches, stocking supplies, and overseeing workspace organization.

Plan and execute team events, offsites, and other company gatherings.

Act as the go-to person for all office-related inquiries, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Requirements:

Highly proactive, always looking for ways to improve efficiency.

Adaptable and able to navigate shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Excellent communication skills and a hospitality mindset—prior hospitality experience is a plus.

Comfortable managing multiple tasks and responsibilities with a positive, can-do attitude.

Must provide excellent references and pass an in-depth background check.

Compensation:

Salary: $100-130k DOE

Schedule: 5 days a week, 50 hours per week. Start time 8:30am, end times will vary.
