Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Office Secretary role based in Dr. Mukherjee Nagar, in North Delhi part of New Delhi.

The Office Secretary will manage day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, maintaining records, organising files, and preparing basic reports and documents. The role involves coordinating with faculty, staff, and students, managing front-desk activities, scheduling appointments, and supporting the smooth running of office operations.

The Office Secretary will assist in organizing meetings, classes, and events, ensure timely communication within the office, and provide administrative support to senior team members as needed.

The position requires consistent on-site presence during office hours and a professional, service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

  • Strong secretarial and office admin skills, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and basic record keeping.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with students, faculty, and visitors.
  • Experience with company secretarial or office secretarial work, including handling official correspondence and maintaining confidential records.
  • Background in executive administrative assistance, such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office activities.
  • Customer service skills for front-desk management, query handling, and providing courteous, timely support to all stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in common office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and comfort with basic digital tools and email communication.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy office environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree in any discipline or a diploma in office administration will be an advantage.
  • Prior experience in an educational institution or training environment is preferred but not mandatory.
