About the Role:
Job Role Main
(Duties on which candidate will spend more than 70% of her time):
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Executive.
- Assist in coordinating activities across departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Support task tracking, follow-ups, and deadline monitoring.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational reports.
- Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-up actions.
- Assist in process documentation and operational compliance requirements.
- Monitor task progress and escalate delays or issues when necessary.
- Assist in maintaining organized data, trackers, and reporting systems.
- Provide general operational support to ensure smooth daily business operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling operational information.
Job Role Secondary:
(Duties on which candidates will spend less than 30%
time):
- Support hiring coordination and administrative onboarding processes.
- Assist in preparing internal operational reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with departments to collect required information and updates.
- Support process improvement initiatives and documentation updates
- Provide backup support for administrative and coordination tasks when required
Other Details:
- Experience:2-3 years
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Timings: 3 pm to 12 am ( 3 to 9 WFO & 9 to 12 WFH)
- Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi
