We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin-Operations Specialist to support daily platform operations and coordinate with internal departments. The role involves handling customer service escalations, monitoring operational concerns, and assisting with regulatory and compliance-related tasks.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in online platform operations, customer support, gaming, or e-commerce environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily platform operations and identify operational issues
  • Handle and follow up customer service escalations and reports
  • Assist in investigating platform, payment, or account-related concerns
  • Prepare operational and incident reports when necessary
  • Support platform testing, QA checking, and feature validation before release
  • Assist with compliance and regulatory-related requirements and coordination
  • Maintain proper documentation and issue tracking records

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Marketing, or any related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Customer Support, QA, or Platform Support
  • Experience in online gaming, e-commerce, fintech, or digital platforms is an advantage
  • Familiarity with customer service workflows and issue handling
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working under pressure
  • Basic understanding of system troubleshooting and platform operations is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
