Pay: Approximately $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support the operations team. This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that values teamwork, promotes from within, and offers opportunities for long-term career growth. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations team.

  • Process warehouse receiving paperwork and assist with shipping, receiving, and order processing.

  • Maintain return authorizations and credit memo documentation.

  • Process customer returns and ensure returned materials match system records.

  • Research and process freight claims when appropriate.

  • Assist Accounts Payable with invoice reconciliation and discrepancy resolution.

  • Reconcile fuel card receipts, freight invoices, and open tickets.

  • Complete daily invoicing activities.

  • Resolve overages, shortages, damaged shipments, and unidentified materials.

  • Run return reports and follow up on outstanding returns.

  • Communicate with internal departments regarding non-stock returns and vendor return authorizations.

  • Provide backup support for the front desk and switchboard as needed.

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • 1?2 years of administrative experience preferred.

  • Customer returns or warehouse administration experience is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
