Job Title: Administrative Support Assistant and Data Entry

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Administrative Support Assistant. This role will primarily involve data entry tasks and providing administrative support to the lab staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely data entry of records into the laboratory database.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
Assist lab staff with routine administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings.
Monitor and restock office and lab supplies as needed.
Respond to emails and handle routine correspondence on behalf of the lab team.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, charts, and other materials.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of sensitive information.
Support the lab staff with additional tasks as assigned to streamline operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or certification is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data management systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
Familiarity with lab operations or scientific terminology is an advantage but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly pay rate: $20.00–$23.00/hour, depending on experience.
Benefit eligibility for full-time employees working 30+ hours weekly begins the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
Eligibility to participate in our 401(k) program begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
Work Environment:
This position is based in a lab setting with an office environment.
Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and occasional urgent tasks is essential.

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour

4 hour shift
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
